MAW - Management of Academic Workloads

Partnership Outputs: Information Sheets/Reports

Information sheet 5 MAW Driving and Restraining Forces

The partners debated the main forces that drove action to take MAW forward in their university and also the forces that worked to restrain progress. having done this they then worked on finding appropriate actions that could attack the restraining forces and promote the driving forces.  To see the example of this approach to MAW that draws from the work of Kurt Lewin  click here  ( a series of three slides :  two diagrams of the  process, that are a little  hazy on screen but clear when printed, and one summary  grouping the action areas )
